SA Pine structural and Industrial graded timber, SABS / SATAS approved.
Structural Pine S5 is available in the following dimensions, thickness’s 38mm, 50mm, 76mm and widths 38mm, 50mm, 76mm, 114mm, 152mm, 228mm, lengths from 3.0m up to and including 6.6m untreated and CCA treated (H2 and / or H3). Please note for construction purposes Pine S5 graded and CCA treated as per the SABS/SATAS specification must be used to comply with the South African building regulations.
Industrial Grade timber 19mm / 25mm x 76mm/ 114mm/ 152mm/ 228mm/ 304mm. There are a few mills who take out Select and Clear grade Pine but this is generally in short supply. Industrial Pine is available as rough sawn timber and can be machined and CCA treated or Vascol Azure treated (Clear treatment) on request.

Treated Pine supplied by Cape Lumber Marketing is CCA treated, H2 for internal use like roof trusses, purlins, wall plates and rafters and H3 for external use like decking, fencing, pergola's and more. Vacsol Azure H2 treatment (clear treatment) is also an option for exposed trusses and beams used internally.
